📜 Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or running Power Trace, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Power Trace is provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial use monitoring your own Tuya-compatible smart relay. You may install and run it on your own hardware. You may not resell the software, misrepresent its authorship, or redistribute modified builds as an official release.

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of Power Trace to monitor electrical systems is at your own risk.

The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, incorrect billing calculations, missed alerts, or decisions made based on the application's readings or analysis output.

Power Trace integrates with the Tuya IoT Platform and, optionally, Tailscale. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms, independent of this agreement. The developer has no control over their availability, pricing, or policies.

Features, configuration options, and these Terms may change between releases. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
